How long have you been in business?
Tri-County Office on Aging was founded in 1974 as the area's Aging Consortium.
What is your primary product or service?
As part of the state and local aging network, TCOA’s mission is to promote and preserve the independence and dignity of the aging population. TCOA primarily serves older adults and adults with disabilities, as well as their family members and caregivers, by connecting them with resources, services, and information.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
TCOA is the only Area Agency on Aging for Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The main office and central kitchen are located in Lansing. We also have Meals on Wheels Offices in Mason, Charlotte, and St Johns.
What type of payments do you accept?
Many services are free or are covered by Medicaid or Medicare. For workshops or other programs that provide an opportunity for a donation, TCOA accepts Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard.
